Are any purchases final sale?

We stand on quality at Street Life Society — but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Original tags must be attached, and item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at streetlifesocietythebrand@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items

Check your order as soon as it lands. If you receive the wrong product or something arrives damaged, email us immediately so we can fix it fast.

Items We Can’t Take Back

  • Sale & clearance items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

What is the return policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund.


If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, email us at streetlifesocietythebrand@gmail.com.

When will I get my order?
  • Processing & Shipping: Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is processed.
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order ships.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Street Life Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery. Please contact the carrier directly.
Do you offer local pickup in ATL?

Yes, we do. We offer local pickup for customers in Atlanta.
